You must be prepared to wait for up to 2 hours before departing from the airport with other members of the conference coming on different flights. You must be prepared to wait for up to 2 hours before departing for the airport with other members of the conference leaving on different flights.)

Terms of Payment:

The cost of the conference is $600.00 per person (double occupancy). A preliminary payment of at least 50% of the conference cost must be made by January 1, 2007 and full payment by February 1, 2007.
Please include the cost of any airport transfers in the conference payment.
A cancellation fee of $60 will be charged if money needs to be returned after payment.

REQUIRED: The transfer must include the full name of the sender and purpose of the money being sent (i.e. Tents of Mercy Conference). When making a wire transfer, the sender must absorb the cost of the transfer and needs to take this into consideration when making the transfer.
